A peach-juice blended iced ceylon tea. It reminded me of those orange-and-yellow peach gummy candies that look like sour worms except they aren’t actually sour.
Really great stuff! This is a very robust tea — it’s a good transition tea for coffee drinkers (though you have to be especially careful about not over-steeping). I typically do 4 minutes on this one.
I absolutely love this tea. Sanctuary’s a European-style tea cafe/restaurant in Soho, and the owner and tea sommelier have impeccable taste for both food and tea.
