7 Tasting Notes
This tea is very surprising. Full of flavours, colors (I could barely believe how pink it is!) and with a wonderful smell. Its taste is very powerful and also very, very, very lemony. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to someone who isn’t a big fan of lemon.
I used two teaspoons with a cup of water in almost boiling water, just as it was written on the package and it came out delicious. I think that it’s better to drink this one in the morning. It’ll definitely wake you up and put you in a good mood for the day to come!
I bought this one because I wanted a tea with jasmine. It’s a lucky coincidence that almost all the teas I drink are lemony. It was love at first sight. The taste of jasmine isn’t the strongest but it’s definitely there and fits just right with the lemon. A must buy for any lemon lover.
Zing Me is interesting. I love many things in my tea but mostly, I am attracted to fruits and ginger. Any of these is most likely a winning combination for me and it’s exactly what Zing Me delivers. It’s a great balance between the black tea, the ginger and the sweet of the abricot. It’s one of the first tea I bought from Davids Tea and still one of my favourite.
I love this tea. It is the second Oolong I purchased and definitely my favourite. It has a very smooth, soft taste that grew on me almost instantly. Perfect for a cold, calm winter day when you’re looking for a bit of warmth and confort. Of course, it is a given that if you’re not a big fan of vanilla, you might not like this one. I also wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a spicy tea or black tea lover.
I have never tried it with milk and don’t think I will owing to the fact that the tea itself, without any milk, is already delicious.
