When can I edit?

I have a few ‘tea’ entries that I want to edit to change to teaware. I click to edit them, and nothing happens. The page just sort of blinks and reloads at me.

Now… we have awesome devs, so I don’t think this is broken – my guess is that I can’t edit things because I’m too new a user, or don’t have enough tasting notes, or something like that. Something set up to protect the community from fly-by-night editing.

But I can’t find anything in the faqs about it, or when/how editing privileges kick in. So – please tell me! I don’t mind waiting or anything – I just want to be reassured it isn’t a bug.
