Last time I ordered Assam i couldnt figure out parameters. they say 5min which is way too much. Even at 3 min it was astringent and bitter unless you add lotsa cream and sugar. i hope the you will get a different batch. Lord Berganot is great. I also like their Fez,its like Moroccan mint with Mao Feng instead of Gunpowder and Lemon Myrtle. Divine in Summer

Why oh why is right! The best site of all! In for an order from the US site, the code worked. I don’t dare go to the Chinese site or I would be in real trouble! I still have yet to receive my first order from the Chinese site, I am sure it takes awhile, but at least it deterred me from another overseas order. Argh. Hope they have a sale again later in the year too.

About how often does YS have sales?

I’ve noticed 3rd one for the current year. I maybe wrong. Some good cakes or Yixing sell quickly without sale. I think it depends on qty available. Good stuff is limited and expensive. I think YS offers very good price. Shipping fr China is slooww. If you pay EMS it’s quick but expensive. China site has better offerings but when I ordered spring harvest teas ( green or white) I chose US site. I wanted them to be fresh. I got my package fr US site in 3 days.
