Which new features do you want the most?

the ‘select all’ button isnt a ‘select none’ button. drives me mad as it refreshes the page as well each time you turn off a tea type.. ldfjakfoiahd

An app would definitely be nice. It’s hard for me to get on my computer to do a proper review. Trying to do a review on my phone is tedious and half of it i just can’t even do

I agree with other posters, a simple app for at least reviewing or browsing teas would be awesome!

Maybe some kind of tag system could be implemented in the search?

So when I review a darjeeling as I have done today, I can tag ‘india’ ‘darjeeling’ ‘2nd flush’ ‘ting ling’ ‘muscatel’ ‘wood’ ‘rose’ ‘2014’

that would make it a lot better to search for teas with the characteristics you want.

Also, a “+1” or “liking” system for discussion posts would be useful too, as a quick way of showing people that you agree or like what they’ve said without needing to reply!

Just some random thoughts after clicking around here for a day:

- There should be an “add tea” button in the cupboard; it would be alright if it just linked to the current form, but ideally the tea name should be have “suggestions” like the company name does.
- Viewing a cupboard is very limited; if someone has 400 teas, and I want to know which ones they have from a specific vendor, I have no option but to sort by company and then randomly click around until I get in the right area alphabetically. An option to view all (or at least, say, 100 at a time) would be great; filtering or search even better. Or support for dynamically loading more as you scroll to the end (that way I could just hit pgdown and then use the browser’s seearch).
- It should be possible to sort a cupboard by tea type
- It takes a lot of effort to locate other users with similar interests. A better way to discover people based on their tea preference would be nice.
- The tasting note form should be fullscreen and not an overlay thingie. The size of the textarea is way too small.
- The draggable things for time/temp annoy me. An “edit” button that lets you type a precise number would be nice.
- A link to formatting info for the textarea

We need a ratings system for tea swappers! Something linked to their profile so it is easy to see their score or people who vouch for them.

Do admins even look at this thread anymore, I wonder?

It would be really helpful if I could turn off e-mail notifications for discussion topics I’m subscribed to, but to keep web-based notifications that I see on my dashboard. I don’t want to be spammed with emails every time someone posts in a topic, but I don’t necessarily want to miss them if they’re in a topic I’m interested in.

The ability to search for a tea by flavor.
