Hey, did you go to Lungjing village?
Dunno how often they harvest, but they were doing it when my father and I went last April – amazing experience.
Shanghai is wonderful, too. Awesome food.
Hope you got enough time in all those places!
The whole trip was less than a week… Talk about a powerhouse. This year I think we’re off to Japan and Taiwan. We did go to Lungjing right before we left for Hong Kong, very cool town. We were actually able to watch the hand-pressed wok style contest, unfortunately my camera was dead! Next time hopefully.
