I received this tea as part of the subscription service Zuo Wang runs on their website. Brewed out of a medium sized porcelain gaiwan.
This tea is one of my favorites in my stash. It comes from old trees in Yunnan, China according to their website. It brews very thick, and produces a sweet golden broth. I got about 20 brews out of this tea, started with flash steeps and ended with steeps lasting 3 to 4 minutes. I get notes of honey, floral, and plums. This tea has little astringency or bitterness. The feeling I get from this tea is very relaxing but focused. My overall favorite way to drink it is actually grandpa style, and even then it produces almost no bitterness or astringency.
I would recommend this tea for anyone looking for a high quality white tea. It tastes very clean and feels great to drink.
Flavors: Floral, Honey, Plum

I received a sample of this as part of the subscription box Zuo Wang provides on their site. Brewed out of a medium gaiwan. This tea won Golden Prize at the Shenzhen International Tea Exhibition, and I think it lived up to the hype. I ended up buying a cake.
This puerh is pretty fantastic, probably top 3 young shengs I’ve had recently. I got 16 steeps out of this one, but it had a bit more in it when I tossed it out. Started with flash steeps and worked up to about 4 mins. The tea is fruity, smooth, and has a thick body, and has a great feeling to it. The tea has a reasonable amount of astringency on the first couple steeps, but turns to sweetness after a moment. This can be expected with young shengs, and I imagine it will age very well. It gives notes of Tobacco, Honey, Melon, and Fruit.
Flavors: Fruity, Honey, Melon, Tobacco

This is the best Shou Puerh I’ve had in a long time. I’m normally not a huge fan of Shou, but this one really stood out to me. Not only does it last forever, but the flavor is so clean and sweet that it makes you want to drink another pot after you’re done with the first. I only bought the 30g bag but I will be ordering more once I run out for sure.
I brewed 6g in a medium sized Gaiwan. The broth comes out extremely dark the first 2 or 3 steeps. The flavor overall is very earth and sweet, and I get notes of plums, almonds, rice sugar. The Qi of these tea is very relaxing and mellow and I can sleep shortly after drinking it. The tea is very viscous which reflects the tree age.
Flavors: Almond, Earth, Molasses, Plum
Preparation
Brewed 6g in a medium sized gaiwan, started with ~10 second steeps and moved up to about 2 to 3 minutes at the end. Got 12 steeps.
Overall this tea is fantastic. Almost no astringency or bitterness. Very sweet and smooth, and carries its flavor well into the later steeps. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes a solid, clean black.
