Tip Top Tea

Intense orange nose full of floral hints and some stewed fruits. With a short steep this is a lovely tea that has a great balance of orange intensity and black tea flavors. Good for at least 3 steeps, with it mellowing nicely as it goes along.

Lovely spiced peach aroma and roasted forest floor notes. In the mouth it’s a soft and supple drink. Personally I like the later infusions where it begins to soften even more and presents a soft freshness. I prefer Gong-Fu style with this…

Vanilla, nutty, cream soda this tea is easily good for 5 steeps. Tend to prefer it brewed a bit cooler so that all the sweet nuttiness and vanilla aromas come out.

Awesome. The picture does it justice as it is a really bright green which apparently means its good stuff and fresh. It must be cause for an usucha (thin tea) matcha this tastes pretty sweet! Nice balance with the sweetness and the grassy vegetal taste of matcha. I followed the recipe on their matcha-tea.co.uk blog and must say it does make an awesome green tea latte – better than that powdered mix crap I’ve had before!
