I’m sad that it took me so long to try this, because, it doesn’t appear that Teaquilibrium sells this particular blend any longer. This is quite nice.
This tea is really yum! It tastes like pink grapefruit! There are other components to this tea, but, they all seem to contribute to the overall pink grapefruit flavor rather than stand out on their own. The Oolong flavor is a bit discreet, but, because I am loving the grapefruit flavor of this so much I find it difficult to complain about it.
It’s awesome!
This has a very strong mint flavor. Very crisp and refreshing, but I do wish that the chocolate came through a little more. I’ve only taken a couple of sips so far though, maybe the flavor will develop as I continue to drink this.
And it does develop as I continue to sip and the tisane cools slightly. The chocolate is still not as strong as the mint flavor, but it is now recognizable. The yerba mate’s earthy/vegetative tastes are subtle but I can already begin to feel the effects of the caffeine which is a good thing.
Overall a very nice flavored yerba mate.
Oh! This is NICE!
Really unique! It has a PERFECT Harmony of Blueberry, Honeybush, Oolong, Rooibos! It has a VERY little bit of fennel in it, too! It’s hard to notice taste-wise which I am somewhat happy about!!! I think the purpose is to cut some of the sweet and fruit flavor but not by too much! I’m thinking it would just improve the digestive properties that Rooibos and Honeybush already give you, too!
This does taste really yummy tho! REALLY YUMMY! The more I drink the more I enjoy! The aroma is mellowy-pleasant. Quite the Treat!
This is such an unusual tea. The Oolong/honeybush/rooibos combination creates such a unique flavor and texture. The blueberry is not a strong flavor, but if it were a stronger flavor it would overwhelm the intriguing flavor that I get from the aforementioned combination.
This is one that should be tasted to be understood!
One of the most unique teas I’ve ever tasted – and I like it a lot!
This is a nicely flavored Yerba Mate. It has wonderful notes of mint and chocolate but nothing too over the top…it’s a nice even taste of all 3 flavors. I even did a 2nd infusion and it was quite nice too but the chocolate was less noticeable the 2nd time around.
Teaquilibrium was kind enough to send me a sample of this. I really appreciate it! This is a nice tea. It’s a mix of oolong, yerba mate, strawberry and vanilla. I can definitely taste the oolong and I am getting a little strawberry in the aftertaste. The yerba mate is (thankfully) not noticeable. I’m not getting much vanilla. So, to me this tastes like a lightly flavored oolong. It also almost has a chocolately flavor to it.
Preparation
This one REALLY surprised me!!!! I had a few assumptions before drinking this and most if not all were wrong! I thought it would be too cinnamony for my liking…I was wrong…I thought it would be too herbally or medicinally on tongue…I was wrong…I thought it would leave a funky aftertaste…I was wrong…I thought I wouldn’t care for it or at best I would be able to just finish the cup…THANKFULLY I WAS WRONG! Boy HOWDY, was I wrong!!!!
This is MUCH better than I was thinking it was going to be!
Sure…I can taste the cinnamon but it’s a sweeter cinnamon and the rest of the ingredients are like a mellower chai BUT there is a surprising creaminess and a hint of sweet that jumped in! It’s very good!
There wasn’t much of an aftertaste which I was pleased by. This tasted more like a creamy chai and not really anywhere near the herbally/medicine-E type I was assuming it would be!
Again, this is pretty darned tasty and a nice surprise!
Well, I need a little ZEST so I thought I’d try this tea today. (Still trying to wake up!)
This is really tasty. The lemon-y flavor is sweet and vibrant and is not very tart at all (a good thing as far as I’m concerned!) The yerba mate is a little earthy and grassy, but, the lemony ingredients help to curb some of the stronger notes so that it doesn’t become overwhelming.
A very nice balance of ingredients and a very tasty way to energize!
oolong tea, apple pieces, carrot flakes, blackberry leaves, eucalyptus leaves, beetroot, hibiscus, lemon grass, natural flavor, freeze-dried tangerine pieces, orange slices??? I’m game! Bring it on!!!
It smells and tastes like Grapefruit…maybe more like the skin or zest than the actual meat of the fruit if you know what I mean! I can also pick up on the lemongrass and tangerine and orange. This is a fun mixture of flavors!!! The hibiscus is noticeable but not overpowering, thankfully!
It seems this one work with multiple infusions. I can taste more lemongrass and tangerine/orange than grapefruit in the 2nd infusion. I can’t really taste the apple individually in the first infusion but I can in the 2nd infusion.
I’m having a hard time picking up on carrot flakes, blackberry leaves, eucalyptus leaves, beetroot, but I really like the way this one tastes over all!
OH! There it is! The eucalyptus and carrot are more in the aftertaste! Nifty!
I was just on their site. They have some interesting blends. Too bad they don’t offer samples or smaller sizes. It’s hard for me to spend that much on a tin of tea without trying it. (and no, I’m not begging for you to send me some, lol, just commenting). :)
Try emailing them…maybe they can offer you something or have something in the works for sample sizes or something.
They are very nice and they are going to send me a sample of the strawberry vanilla (the one that I requested). Woo! Hoo! Thanks for the suggestion. I guess I’ve had so many companies say no that I had given up asking.
Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending this tea my way!
It’s actually really good. I like the way the ingredients meld together to create a very unified flavor. It tastes very complete. Everything is smooth and in its place, and the taste isn’t lacking. It feels very good on the tongue and tastes rich and a little sweet (not too much) – it’s just a very pleasant tasting tea that I really like!
Preparation
Lovely! This is deliciously light and citrus-y.
The Oolong has a nut and butter note to it, the green tea is light and fresh tasting, as is the green rooibos. Together these three ingredients create a very full flavor that is quite satisfying. The lemony tones and the bergamot are bright but do not overwhelm the cup.
Absolutely delicious!
Thanks to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me this tea!

Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me a bit of this tea to try!
As the cup sits here in front of me, before taking a sip, I can smell the apple and cinnamon – it smells very good! Like apple pie! Not exactly the flavor I would expect for a tea called burst, but, it’s very nice indeed.
This is very good. The apple flavor is smooth and sweet, and the cinnamon is not too spicy, it is very harmonious with the apple taste. The mate does not present its usual strong, earthy quality to the cup which is also nice.
Very good blend! One of the better apple teas that I’ve come across!
Oh… I almost forgot! My inspiration for trying this blend today is TeaEqualsBliss’s review of it on SororiTea Sisters! Check it out!

Preparation
An Oolong-Green Tea-Green Rooibos Blend…I’m game!!!
Brews VERY Dark. Smells mostly floral and a hint of lemon. I can taste the green tea a bit more than the oolong and green rooibos. The Jasmine stands out as the floral taste more as it cools. This has a slight vegetal/earthy taste towards the end of the sip.
I like the idea of this one and the taste is pretty good, too.
I forgot to log my 2nd infusion last night…so…backlogging…
For my 2nd infusion I did infuse longer and added a little sugar…this was actually quite tasty. Most of you know I never add anything to my tea/tisanes but I was feeling squirelly, I guess! LOL – Anyhow…this way was pretty good. By adding the sugar it canceled out the vanilla quite a bit but intensified the strawberry.
