While touring in Germany, I had “travelers’ diarrhea” that caused me to visit a doctor there in Germany. He prescribed this tea to settle my intestinal tract. He told me that Fenchel-Anis-Kummel tea is commonly used to help little ones’ upset stomachs there in Germany. I enjoy sipping this tea no matter if I have an upset stomach or not. It’s calming, soothing as well as refreshing.

I love this tea for an upset stomach. The flavors of the seeds are nicely balanced so they blend together well.
