Mama Tea

Fennel notes introduce this sweet blend, with the taste building on the palate with notes of red clover and echinacea. This steep climb bursts onto a mountain plateau of lemon balm hidden amongst nettle leaves. A quick dash of fenugreek reminds you to push on and makes you feel like you are somewhere very exotic…….this journey ends with a splashing water slide of sweetness as liquorice sweeps over the palate like a refreshing ray of sun.

Earthy notes of warm rooibos build on the palate, calmed by echinacea with a creamy dandelion. This earthy tea is finished off with the fragrance of flowery Elderflowers.

Morning Mama boasts a light yellow infusion and smells sweet, floral and spicy. With lemon balm and citrus peel, the aroma and flavor is balanced and lovely. The ginger is the star with a spicy kick that is a definite pick-me-up, as well as it is warming and satisfying. Would be great paired with gingersnap cookies, which I am craving all of a sudden…
