I absolutely love this tea! I can’t find it anymore and it was the best tasting rooibos that I ever tasted. It has a fruity sweetness that I can’t describe, fantastic! Don’t add sugar and drink it hot, that is how it tastes the best. It doesn’t taste like regular Earl Grey, so don’t think that I love it for that reason. It is a unique taste.

The teapees are nice and large with a very see through organza so you can see the quality and ingredients perfectly. It has a sweet and spicy scent with strong cardamom and liquorice notes.

Ingredients: Organic Rooibos, Organic Cassia, Organic Ginger, Organic Cardamom Seeds, Organic Liquorice Root, Organic Pepper, Organic Vanilla.

Steeping instructions: Use one teapee with freshly boiled water for 2-5 minutes.

Sampled with a drop of milk.

Flavour is lightly sweet with medium spice that lingers in the after taste. The cardamom, liquorice and pepper tones are the strongest . I’m very surprised about the Rooibos, it’s so light compared to the strength of the spice that you really don’t taste it’s there. That’s a plus for me because if I’m honest I’m not a huge Rooibos fan. I am a Chai fan and living in Leicester has given me the opportunity to taste many authentic Chai, I am happy to say that this blend compares very well to those. It’s full of flavour from the first to the last sip and it’s vibrancy is beautiful.

super tasty tea with a rich caramel vanilla undertone.

I adore this tea. Possibly more than all others. I wasn’t a huge rooibos afficionado when I stumbled upon it in TK Maxx, but it was at a good price considering the rrp and from what I could smell through the box, I already knew I’d like it.

I was wrong. I love it. I add nothing to it. Even the biggest sweet tooth couldn’t possibly need sweeteners of any sort for this! It’s got a rich, smooth and sweet vanilla flavour, and is great at sating my sweet urges!

Will absolutely repurchase.

I bought a box of 80 tea bags of rooibos yesterday as I was looking for just a plain, unflavored rooibos tea. I’m glad that I grabbed this one! The scent of the tea bags is VERY characteristic of rooibos teas: wood, earth, a bit of spice and sweetness. There is also a scent that reminds me of the zoo. I’m not sure I can explain that logic, but it makes me think of animals, dirt, wild plants and grasses. This is a fabulous, basic rooibos. I feel like it offers more than the other one-dimensional red teas out there. I taste wood and a sweetness like caramel or vanilla which fades in and out of the cup. I’m glad that I purchased this brand & look forward to having more mugs!
