The lime in really refreshing and delicious and a smart choice for a kombucha flavour in my opinion, since it leans into that tart and acidic kind of vinegar note most kombucha has. I liked it a lot and found it really refreshing, but I was sad that I couldn’t at all taste the cilantro. I’m definitely in the camp of people who really like cilantro (especially with citrus or tropical fruits) but it just wasn’t noticeable here…
