I have been having some heartburn with the second half of my pregnancy, so I decided to try this tea. It had a mild minty/herbal flavor, and did provide some short term relief. However, I think the spearmint in the tea actually aggravated my heartburn in the long run. Chamomile tea seems to be a better choice for me, as it reduces my heartburn by a small but noticeable amount for a significant length of time. I may try marshmallow without mint in the future, but I won’t be buying this again.

Preparation
I decided to try my daughters tea as she rarely makes herself a cup. It was at the end of the day and I have been verging on some virus or another but mainly keeping it at bay with essential oils. The one symptom that was popping up was a horrible headache my trusty ibuprofen and oils were only making a dent in for a couple hours at a time. I didn’t think this tea would help that I was drinking it for the comfort. But my headache went away and didn’t come back. Thankfully.
I did use two teabags as i like a stronger herbal tea than bags allow. The taste was good. Not great. But mainly it was comforting and easy to sip (no tart or wild flavors that are best used when in a better mood and healthier.)
I bought this today! I am 38 weeks and the red raspberry leaf may help start labor and make it quicker blah blah blah. :) This blend tastes nice. I was worried it might taste like herbs – like basil or something strong. This one was nice and mild. There is some mint in this, which is soothing. It goes down smoothly without any astringency. This herbal blend is okay. This isn’t something I would purchase again unless I’m pregnant.
