Candied pineapple, grass and some strange root/wood notes (must be the sandalwood/quandong) from the bag.
After steeping, it’s a balanced composition of fruit, both base teas (black Ceylon and white Pai Mu Tan, spicy rootiness and a bit of lemongrass to round everything up. Low astringency, a bit of sourness, some maltiness in the aftertaste.
Fairly light yet warming and rich overall sensation. really good, balanced blend.
