Cold Brew!

This was a weird cold brew. It didn’t taste unpleasant, but it also didn’t taste anything like either grape or mango. I ended up drinking an entire 24oz cold brew and ultimately not being able to place exactly what the flavour was reminding me of aside from it being in a more fruity direction. Also very rooibos heavy, which I don’t mind but I know others do.

This duo of fruit flavours is a bit unconventional so I was definitely very intrigued about how they would come together. I would say that the mango is definitely the more juicy and prominent fruit flavour out of the two, though there’s actually a lot of other things going on with this blend too! I’m also getting a cooling minty undertone that draws out more tropical sweetness, and a nice creamy vanilla finish. The combo of mango and cream in particular always makes me think of Mango Lassi, which is just delish!
