having a cup of tea while i search for teas to purchase online. So far, not having much success, but it’s not to come back to this tea after a few weeks off.

treating today like the end of april to make my life easier…that means weighing my cupboard and seeing where i’m at. Kicked off the day with a couple of my straight black teas just to get going. Now i’ve got a few other teas to drink before i weigh them and see how low i’ve managed to get my cupboard. Feeling good about this month even with my little purchase and all the samples from VariaTEA that had come in :)

Working from home today because no one needs to be out in this weather unless they have to. I’m looking forward to the day because while it’s busy, it’ll give me a chance to drink tea all day instead of just my two travel mugs :) Still love this one – something about it just works….that malty deliciousness is nommy.

it’s funny to me that for the longest time i just wasn’t a fan of most jin jun mei’s. Now it seems i’ve started to find a few that i really enjoy – including this one. something about the maltiness of this one is just different from others that i’ve tried. I’m happy it was a sample from the tea festival as i’m not sure i would have picked it out for myself.

afternoon tea. Today this is hitting the right spot. Malty and delicious.
