Brewed in Solace

I’m with VariaTEA on this one.. FUZZY PEACH tea! I’m a little bit tired of peach teas but this one was alright. I don’t need to order it again but on the whole, fun to try. :)

This is a rose black tea. Floral and slightly astringent. Not terrible but a pretty standard and mediocre rose tea. Didn’t expect much and it was basically on par with what I thought it may be. My sister took this from me, sniffed, thought it smelled good, took a sip and cringed. I warned her she wouldn’t like it since she doesn’t really drink black tea but I didn’t think it would be that bad. However this was floral and astringent and just not very good so good riddance to it.

B is for…Black Peach

I grabbed the tea cup to use for a tea pic with another “B” tea but realized maybe I should break out the tea that came with the cup instead.

Nothing about this tea is particularly interesting. It’s called Black Peach and it tastes how you would expect – like peach…on a black tea base. It’s a tiny bit astringent. And the peach is definitely in that fuzzy peach category as opposed to being true-to-the-fruit. Overall, nothing wrong with it but nothing noteworthy either.
