Also from LiberTEAS; the coconut has gone off here, so it’s questionable if I’ll finish it. First cup was unremarkable. (Also, a very old tea, so not blaming the company here!)

Wow! This is raspberry! It’s really GOOD. The raspberry is bright and sweet and delicious and about as true to the fruit as I think I’ve ever tasted in a tea or tisane.

The flavor is bright and sweet … it tastes like fresh, homemade raspberry jam! YUMMY!

I think I’ve finally mastered this tea.

It needs a slightly lower temp (200°F) and a little less leaf and a little less steep time (2 minutes). This is now quite lovely, despite the fuss. Nice coconut flavor, rich black tea flavor. Tasty!

Still playing around with this tea a bit. It is good, but not as good as I think it could be/should be … Another attempt tomorrow.

A couple of weeks ago, I received the most delightful tea swap package from Bernideen herself. The swap was the annual fall swap of a yahoo group that I co-moderate. And this was one of the teas that was included in the package.

This is a tea that I think I should like to toy around with a bit before I rate it numerically or attempt to write a full-length review for it. I think it would benefit from a shorter brew time in my Breville. This batch is certainly drinkable, but, I think it could be better.
