Man, I LOVE this. It’s just perfect after the lunch!

The farmer growing this tea says: " the hardest part for jasmine pearl is jasmine flower blending. In order to get the best flower time, we must do this job in the midnight in Jul and Aug when the best time for flower blooming comes. Meanwhile we must control the temperture and time. A good quality jasmine pearl requests several time of blending so as to absorb the richest flower flavor."

Perfect after my lunch

Perfect after a somewhat heavy sushi lunch.

Dragonwell has got to be my favorite green tea. Its just soooooo good!

Perfect tea to just power through the day with – doesn’t distract you with scent. Pure and refreshing.

Just a really great, drinkable tea – light and perfect.

Love this – one of my favorite teas.

Had two cups of this tonight. Actually, these cups were the best cups of Earl Grey I’ve made. The first cup I steeped for about 4 minutes and then the second for a full 5. I still got a bit of the dry taste to it, but no bitter taste, which is something I wrestle with often when it comes to Earl. Good times all around.

Decent cup today, brewed 4 minutes and added honey in for good measure. Oddly enough, didn’t get much of a sweet taste from the honey.

Just a resteep. I’m never sure of how long I should let the second cup of Earl steep. I kept it going for 8 minutes, and it tasted fine.

I’m crazy for drinking this at midnight, but I’m an addict.

The tea that turned me on to greens… I’m almost out!

I was surprised by how potent the mint was in this tea. Still made for a great cuppa though.

Good.
