467 Tasting Notes
Isn’t it funny how different the tasting notes are on the same tea? People seem to love it or hate it.I was sort of reluctant to try it but I am really glad I did. I am really enjoying this tea. :-) I do tend to like sweet and flavored blacks. I was all set to have to add maple syrup but I didn’t need to.

Thank you The Cookie Lady!
I love the H&S teas. Rarely am I disappointed. This is one of the few tea companies that make sachets that I like. They really seem like loose-leaf.
Dry has a light bergamot scent. I am not a white tea drinker in general so I certainly can’t pick out specific white tea flavors.
Brewed I am enjoying the gentle white tea blended with the bergamot. It’s not a strong bergamot. I love bergamot and Double Bergamot tea is a favorite. However, this lighter level of bergamot works well in this tea. This is a relaxing light tea that would be enjoyable while sitting reading or watching a favorite TV show.
Flavors: Bergamot, Citrusy

When I had this before i rated it pretty high. Well, I don’t fell the need to change that rating. I added a bit of unsweetened almond milk. I don’t usually add any milk/or substitute but this was quite tasty.
Thank-you TTTTB!
I’m going to miss this one :-(
Preparation
This is from the TTTTB.

As far as the chai, nice medium spices. I’ve been having too many overly spiced chaos lately. The chocolate, not bad. I taste it… enjoy it, am glad to have it. I really like chocolate teas lately. Not that it really needed it but I added a couple drops of chocolate stevia. Yum, yum!
I was surprised to see that 2 tsp. were recommended for 8 oz. Really quite a nice cup. I’m glad that the Teeny Tiny TTB had a large sample. Definitely a tea I will be keeping from the box!
Flavors: Chocolate, Cinnamon, Ginger
Can I get this by the pound without breaking the bank? What lovely flavors of chocolate and vanilla. There is also a melange of other flavors but I can’t really pick out the individual flavors. The dry scent is lovely, almost better than the flavor but the flavor is awesome. I can picture this in a daily rotation of favorite teas. Unfortunately, I don’t have more :-(
Thanks to The Cookie Lady!

I kept reading the name of this tea over and over. I just couldn’t get it, then DUH! Very Big Hill = Mountain! When i went to review this, there it was… Mountain Dew flavored tea. Hahaha! I’ve never really been a Mountain Dew fan so I’m not sure what to expect.
The dry leaf has a lime scent, but not overwhelming. On the first sip I didn’t taste the lime/Mountain Dew flavor until the end of the sip. It’s not a great tea but more of a fun idea.
The more I drink it, the less I like it. It is beginning to taste/smell like some kind of cleaning fluid. Okay really … I haven’t been drinking Pine-sol cleaner so I don’t know how that would taste but that is the aroma in the back of my mouth.
Thank you Ost for sharing.
Thanks to The Cookie Lady for sharing this lovely tea. This is a nice relaxing (no caffeine) tea for my evening. The honey bush is present but not overpowering. The caramel and green apple are good. Well balanced flavors. Quite enjoyable and comforting. Not a top tea but nice on this fall evening.
Flavors: Caramel, Green Apple
I know, it’s funny how people have such varying perspectives on a tea! I did not like this tea, but glad you did:)
