392 Tasting Notes
Had this tea again this morning! I was craving it when I woke up! Unfortunately I discovered after pouring myself a bowl of cereal that our milk had gone bad. So it was dry cereal and tea with out milk :(. Not that I am a die-hard milk in my tea kind of girl, I actually rarely put milk in my tea, I just happen to like milk in this type, but oh well it was still delicious.
Anyway this cup was more cream and less caramel. It was a great cup of tea. It started my morning off right! Thanks again Rachel for giving me a chance to try this!!!
I made a pot of this iced today and it’s awesome. Both the dry leaves and the steeped tea smell like raspberries. The dry leaves also smell a bit like honey. The tea is really good iced the raspberry flavor and honey flavor really shine through. It really has a classic iced tea flavor!!!
While I’d prefer it green based, this one really interests me even though I can’t stand RTD raspberry iced tea. I hope I get this one!
I’m not a “honey in my tea” kinda woman, but I bet one of lupica’s tea honeys in raspberry black would be REALLY good!
I have never been a honey in my tea person either. What are lupica’s tea honey’s? I have never taken a look at them.

I was really curious about this tea the other day when it was the steepster select, so thank you Rachel for the opportunity to try this!!
I decided to make this today to make folding laundry more enjoyable! It tastes very similar to the coconut pouchong I have from adagio tea, but a little more grassy. I really don’t taste the ginger at all. It was a very delicious tea and it was very relaxing and made the laundry folding better. But I wish it had more ginger flavor. Oh well it was yummy.
Thanks for sending this to me Rachel!!
Mmm… I love adagios caramel tea so this tea is right up my alley. It is a little less caramelly and a little more creamy than the plain caramel tea. I am really enjoying it! I had my first cup with milk which brought out the creaminess and I am about to have my second cup plain. This was an excellent first tea of the morning. And really is an excellent tea for anyone with a sweet tooth like myself – haha!
Thank you Rachel for sending this tea my way. I have recently discovered I love roobios and I have really been on the look out for a line up of night time teas. Tonight I decided to try this one and was not disappointed.
I believe that this tea smelled delicious (there was a skunk somewhere outside smelling everything up so I was having a hard time getting a good whiff of the tea). And it tastes like strawberries, vanilla and roobios in that order. It is quite lovely! I might consider ordering some of this when I am not overflowing with teas.
I am glad you enjoyed this. I made this for my daughter who absolutely LOVES teas. I prefer she drink the ones that are naturally caffeine free but she does get her hands on my stuff now and again and she does not shy away from even the strongest of pu erh and lapsang souchong and she is but 3 years old.
I having been doing chores all morning and I needed something easy, relaxing and caffeinated. Thank you RachanaC (A.K.A. Rachel) for providing me with such a tea!!!
It is very gingery but I enjoyed it throughly! I really enjoy ginger in certain things. This tea smells very savory – it reminds me of a soup my mom makes and I think if I added sugar it would taste identical to my grandma’s gingersnaps. So its pretty much a win.
Had this as a little afternoon pick-me-up. This teas is mostly lemon and not very much green tea. Which isn’t bad. I think it has a very pleasant flavor and it really tastes like lemon not like lemon flavoring. I am not sure I would always enjoy this tea (I think i would have to be in the mood), but today it really hit the spot.
So this was in the fridge today when I got hom, apparently this tea came as a free sample with one of the birthday presents my mom got me (I must be getting something tea related = yay!).
Anyway this tea is okay. It is a little…weird. It has a vegetal taste almost like tomato juice. It is certainly not bad or undrinkable. It is just weird. I think it smells pretty decent but my mom didn’t like the way it smelled. Anyway I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to have this tea but if it was there I would definitely drink it again. I just have a soft spot for unsweetened iced tea – even weird ones – haha.
It’s the vitamin C they ruin it with… er… add to it. lol. Why can’t I find a RTD tea that isn’t ruined in some way? Sigh… :(
I’m not sure it’s cuz I’ve just missed it every time I’ve read the discription (I can’t imagine how it’s even possible) or if it’s a new ingredient, but I think I’ve determined what the problem w/ the weirdness is… "THERE’S BAKING SODA IN THIS!!!*
Okay thats just weird. Vitamin C I can understand as a vitamin or I of heard of it as a preservative but baking soda????
They claim it’s to reduce acidity… I swear I’ve never seen it listed before- I would have noticed that!
Yeah and I just think why add unnecessary ingredients. I like my iced tea to have tea and water in it, but thats probably not everyones preference.
P.S. This tea would have a higher rating but raspberry is not my favorite type of fruit, but if it is yours then this tea is definitely a 100.
I’m not a fan of non chai flavored blacks, but I’m hoping I get this one! I think it’d be amazing iced.
It is very smooth and nice
