A teapal sent me samples of the Malt Shop Collection, so I had a chance to try them all before placing my April Fools’ Day flash sale order.

This tea is an enigma to me. I’m not into floral teas (except for those with hibiscus in them). I don’t generally love DT’s flavored green tea blends. I’m not even a fan of crème brulées. This tea is delightful. I don’t love it straight, but, honestly, that’s no surprise since I sweeten most of my teas. With a few drops of stevia and a splash of dairy, however, it is such a tasty treat. I’m glad I don’t get much pineapple because that would’ve ruined it for me. The green tea base is smooth and light not bitter or astringent. It’s quite possibly my new favorite flavored green tea from DT, and that’s saying a lot because there aren’t many teas on that list.

I bought 150g during the flash sale, and I’m almost positive that I’ll buy more before it’s gone for good.
