The name is spot on. This tea is so tart and so sour, and I am so here for it. I (almost) always sweeten my teas, but I can see why people who prefer unsweetned teas might not be keen on this blend. It is legit sour. There’s no avoiding that unless you dramatically shorten the steeping time…but then it’d probably be fairly flavorless. I’ve read it gets more sour the longer you steep. I steeped for about 10 minutes and it was perfectly lip-puckering sour to me. The flavor reminds me of sour ropes/straws/gummies, and I dig it.

I’ll also add that I’m thrilled DT has found another (water)melon blend that doesn’t have carrots in it!!!
