1:30 a.m. And… I’m drinking Earl Grey! It’s decafe right? I was craving it after baking Earl Grey cookies and the smell permeated my kitchen to living room area. This is a nice but subtle Earl Grey. It’s not nearly as strong as I like but it’s not bad. I ended up using 2.5 tsp for an 9oz cup and it turned out pretty tasty.

I love sweet desserty teas the most but I also appreciate a full-bodied Earl Grey or a refreshing cup of green tea.
Lately I’ve been looking for teas to make lattes -teas that mix well with non-dairy milk.
