S’mores Genmaicha. What should that taste like? I get the chocolate, I get the marshmallow, I get the toasty genmaicha, but I don’t think it adds up to s’mores. I don’t get anything that would even remotely be considered graham cracker. I really wish there was some of the smokey goodness that was in the maple bacon. In my world you burn marshmallows over a fire to make s’mores, this should have some of that smokiness to it. I’m having a hard time with the green tea too. I’m being harsh on this. It’s really not that bad, but not all that I had hoped for.
