Brewing Instructions
First Brew: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup (8 oz. or 250 ml) for 3-4 minutes in 80’C (2 minutes after boiling the water). For iced tea, steep 4 teaspoons (8g) and ‘cold brew’ two cups worth (16 oz. or 500 ml) over night in the refrigerator.
