I had never had a pure stinging nettle tea before, and I’m not sure about it. It has a weirdly round, filling flavour, like grass but more wooly, with an unexpectedly balmy mouthfeel… I have no idea if that description makes any sense.
LOVE the description of “wooly” as a taste. I feel like I can immediately picture that, and I will be stealing it for the future.
