The ready-made drink has rich, pastry aroma. The taste is soft, oily, sweetish, with nutty and biscuit notes.
Steep grains in a hot water (80-95°С) in a gaiwan or teapot. The proportion is 5-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10-20 seconds; then, gradually increasing the exposure, you can steep another 5 times. Perfectly suited for “one-off” brewing in a teapot or thermos.
