Drinking a cup or two and gearing up for the World Tea Expo this weekend :)
4 1/2 minutes. The only thing I don’t like about this is the astringent smell of the dry leaves. I think it’s common when you have a lot of bergamot in one place though. Once the leaves are in the cup with water, it’s totally fine.
