Pucker face

I received a couple tieguanyin samples from a vendor. The initial (after the rinse), second, and third infusions were good, however after additional infusions, there was a sourness that got stronger.

does anyone know why some tieguanyins have a sour note to them? all the samples were the same tea, yet one them was off putting.
