I just love anything with a lotus design, but this one stood out to me because of the colors. Some I’ve seen are blue and white only.

Oh yes, these colors are gorgeous. I have a red lotus gaiwan with green leaves from Verdant. I’m not using it anymore since I cracked the saucer ._.

I never use the saucer with my gaiwan. Maybe I should learn that

Right? I admit to thinking about breaking something for the sole purpose of a repair like this. But then I decided that with my natural clumsiness, it’s just going to happen someday anyway. No need to rush. It’ll make a better story if it happens without assistance.

I broke my beautiful red lotus cup from Verdant. I ordered another. I wish I had kept the pieces. It would have been awesome with that repair

I’ve heard of that. I’ll just leave the way it is. I’m not confident in my skills to fix finer porcelain.

If you ever change your mind, there are people with skills who will do the repair for you. I think that if I end up breaking something, I will try one of the kits.
