Sorry I couldn’t join the fray last night. We had friends over for dinner and it would have been rude to split my attention. Though I did subject them to some after-dinner tai ping hou kui, which is lovely when displayed in a clear pot. Starting the day with three steeps of The Jabberwocky. Tasting notes to follow, but suffice to say it’s all it’s cracked up to be. Have a great day, y’all.
