Tea for... a wedding?

I know this may sound funny, but in some book I read they had a local tea shop “cater” the tea doing the preparation, etc. They would probably have lots of good suggestions.

Mariage Freres has a tea called ’Wedding Imperial"…chocolate and caramel notes, black tea. I think it would work for a winter wedding, might be a bit much (heavy, strong) for summer.
I really like Mariage Freres Thé à l’Opéra – berries, flowers, a bit of vanilla. And maybe something with rose petals, so pretty!
