Getting ready to crack the second of the two samples you sent me, and really looking forward to it. I noticed a little teeny issue, though — the two sample packages are identical except for the cool tied on tag, which I have to remove to open the packet. I’m going to jot the contents on the packet with a sharpie so I can keep track of which is which, but you might want to add a little label sticker or something to the body of the packet so that it’s easy for your customers to keep track of what it is what after that awesome round tag goes into the scrapbook.

hello! i put in a message about 2 weeks ago? but didn’t receive any samples yet….i’m assuming i’m one of the people whose packages held up the Canadian border?? lol…
this is not a complaint as i’m more than grateful for your generous offer of free tea ;) i’ll be on the lookout for a package this week but if it doesn’t come by friday should i notify you again?

received my 2 samples, thank you! they’re adorable. the packaging is too cute.
and guess what, surely enough as per my prediction, the envelope came later that morning. go figure ;p
i thought my tea was lost at sea!
I asked for my sample on Monday and got it today (Friday), so hooray for the fast turnaround time. Unusually, I got 3 different samples of tea instead of 2 (I got both that I requested, plus a third different kind). I emailed them to let them know just in case.

Thanks for sending us an email. After a lot of complaints of letters being destroyed by the postal service. We started using the bubble mailers which are tougher and can sometimes fit 3 samples.
