Thanks, for all the great suggestions…I will try all of them because I tend to have lamb on a monthly or bi-monthly basis…I did the Moroccan Mint and it was a good pair :)
yay. its authentic;) i always pair lamb with Moroccan Mint. Makes me feel like I’m there.
How about something with more floral notes since lamb tends to have the mint and rosemary herbs in the seasonings? So the floral will enhance those flavours. Lavender and even cornflowers would really boost the rosemary taste. If you want something more subdued, how about white tea with a hint of thyme and lemon zest?
