I found another retailor that will ship to Canada for a reasonable price ( starting at 9€)

FYI, for people in the Vancouver area at least.. Urban Fare seems to carry some Dammann teas. They had Earl Grey and Breakfast in sachets, as well as Breakfast and Oriental loose. About $18.
