I’m str7uggling a bit with this tea. Can’t quite figure out a good temp for it, a higher one (192, because I’m lazy and used the Keurig) for about 2 minutes caused it to go quite astringent and I can’t taste the blossoms at all. Should I brew to the green tea? Longer? Shorter?

Because there is oolong and green tea in the blend, I would suggest using a lower temp. The green tea will become astringent with the higher temp. If you are using a keurig, run water through it to heat it up, then wait a few minutes before you put in the tea in it so the water to cool down a bit.
