Official *What did you get in the mail today?* Thread!!!

Today I got two orders from Yunnan Sourcing. They were ordered a week or so apart but happened to arrive together yesterday. Yesterday I was not home to sign for them so to mail jail they went. I picked them up this morning. The larger order was only tea and the second order was largely teawares.

Today I got two orders in the mail. Vahdam Teas shipped from India via Fedex International and it would have been three days had Sunday not gotten in the way. I also got an order of puerh teas from Streetshop88 on EBay.

I had vowed not to buy anymore teaware after getting my Yunomi shibo but it just doesn’t handle small leaf sencha very well. This one is as functional as its beautiful. I could definitely notice the effect of the clay, rounding out some of the bitterness in the tea.

What’s sad is I only have enough sencha left for a couple of sessions. My 2017 shinchas won’t ship for another 3 weeks. First world problems…

Between saturday and monday I got my Black tea order form YS, my white2tea subscription box. And cutrated tea box 5 from Toby, well I’m just swimming in tea right now, and so damn tea drunk.

Today I received a big order of tea from Yunnan Sourcing including some tongs of ripe tea I am speculating will go up in value.

Hot Dog! Mail person brought me a box from Yunnan Sourcing. Enclosed a 2007 Menghai “Adorned in Red” 400 gram cake, and a 100 gram mini cake of Jing Gu “Zi Chai” Purple Pu-erh. On my third steep of the Adorned in Red, love the stuff.
