Official *What did you get in the mail today?* Thread!!!

This afternoon I received a package from Terre de Ciel in France with Jingmai raw pu’er teas for 2014 and 2015 plus half cakes for 2011 and 2013. These teas complete the series of Jingmai teas from the same producer from 2006 to 2015!

Why is it that the Japanese can get a package to me in four days flat. And they have all their homework done to inform the customer about how it is delivered etc. Plus they offer free shipping, if you spend like 40 or 50 bucks. Or Xpress for another 10. Unless you spend enough and get it free.

Meanwhile Americans can’t get a package from two cities that are close to each other over the border in less than 5 to 10 days. And they don’t offer Xpress shipping for a fee, plus they still charge $13.50 flat. And they don’t even know what Xpress is. Plus you actually have to email to ask them. Grrrrrr.

Got a nice package from Columbia Kate’s. It includes two of their different lemon flavored tisanes (Lotta Lemon and Ginger, and Lemon Citrus Mint) which should be very refreshing iced in all the incredibly hot weather we’ve been having. There were some wonderful rooibos samples as well that I’m eager to try.
