Got the White2Tea tea club box. It’ll be hard to wait, but I should probably let it rest. Mengsong new and old tree puerh comparison. [gleeful face]
A box from W2T with a couple of re-ups of bang dang hong, a cake of Old Reliable, and a Fade. The shu will have to wait until the weather gets cooler, and the Fade is, in an act of sunny optimism, getting put in the box to not get looked at until it turns brown. If I live.
I had an order come in from TaoBao today. No tea, just 4 tea caddies and a countertop storage drawers.

The initial costs were great – it’s taobao. The shipping cost surprised me. Overall it cost me just a shade under $200 for all. It’s all good quality and I’m happy with the products – that bamboo box is well built – but perhaps a bit more than I intended to spend.
I actually got all my tea mail yesterday but was too tired to open it. I received my order from Yunnan Sourcing’s Ripe Puerh Tea sale and I received an order from a private collector of Puerh in the USA. I don’t know how good the stuff from the private collector is yet but the price was right, $60 for three cakes shipped by UPS.

Dimbula/English Rose duo – canister of Dimbula Ceylon, and smaller canister of Ceylon/Rose blend.
Green/Jasmine duo – canister of Green Ceylon, and smaller canister of Green/Jasmine blend.
Tea Rose – Sri Lankan green tea with sunflower, marigold, pineapple, mango, rose petals, and vanilla flavouring.
Cream Fantasy – Green tea with papaya, rose petals, pineapple, and cream flavouring

Frosty Afternoon – Ceylon with white and blue cornflower, and natural orange & passionfruit flavour (had to get bags of this as the loose leaf caddy was out of stock)
That all sounds so good. I’m a big fan of Ceylon tea. I have been wanting to try a green from Ceylon. Dilmah Tea is another one you might be interested in.

My instagram is @happycigarettes, which is my handle most places (twitter, snapchat etc), although I almost never use it (one of those things I keep forgetting I have, use for a week, and then forget about again).
I won’t know what any of these taste like for some time yet (probably, although you never know what the random generator will throw my way!) although they all smelled absolutely amazing. Especially the cream fantasy, which smells like fruit salad, jelly & ice cream!
