Today was an epic mail day. I got my Cyber Monday orders from Crimson Lotus Tea and Misty Peaks. In my Taiwan Sourcing order a mistake was made and I was sent 25g of tea instead of 75g. Today I received the replacement 50g along with a 25g free sample.

I also received my Whispering Pines order today. Wildcrafted Da Hong Pao, Golden Lily, and regular Da Hong Pao along with a sample of Ailaoshan black tea. The Wildcrafted DHP is utterly mindblowing – and this is coming from someone who’s not a fan of most roasted oolongs.

I got my Yunnan Sourcing order today, even though it was a Sunday:

Best of all, there was a big tea box from Davids Tea that came in this afternoon…. with my husband’s name on it. Hmm, I wonder why he would be ordering tea in December? ;-)

Yesterday’s teamail was epic. Delicious Harney & Sons Assam from Nicole, my Whispering Pines order, and Chocolate Chai & Jabberwocky (more Whispering Pines) from another Steepster.

I came back from a weekend trip that included stops at Ten Ren and Teaism to find the 52teas holiday sampler waiting for me. Woohoo! Of course, now I have nowhere to put all this tea… Time to get creative!
