hooray! my first package from a steepster friend!

met the mailman when i got bcats2017’s box of tins today. was hoping it would be the green ttb (didnt want it left in the hot mailbox for long) but this is great: flavored blacks from zhena, david’s, harney, persimmon, tea spot, and china (cant read chinese label)!

Today I got my swap package from Marcus Reed with a brick of his incredible Da Hong Pao and my copy of Global Tea Hut.

Lots of goodies came in the mail today.

From Aliexpress, finally got my coveted rice pattern gaiwan (thanks to Oolong Owl for a great review of this gaiwan).

Got another order from Verdant tea. Last week it was green oolongs. This week, a pair of dark oolongs…Shui Xian Wuyi and a sample of Big Red Robe.

And finally, my very first Teavivre order arrived. Set of 4 beautiful hat shaped tea cups, osmanthus dancing flower tea, and samples of Ali Shan, strawberry oolong and dancing waterlillies fruit tea.

I couldn’t believe how fast Teavivre’s shipping was. I got my order from China only 5 days after placing it! Unreal…that’s faster than even some US sellers.

Got my Adagio Vanilla Oolong, and Twin Peaks tea (black, oolong, cherry and creme) yesterday! Also wife’s coconut macaroon tea, I’m hoping to sneak a cup’s worth soon. :)

This after coming home from shopping at DavidsTea, aha.

Today I got no tea in the mail, but I did get something tea related. I got a small replacement part for the cigar humidifier that powers my pumidor for sheng puerh tea.
