I got a heavy parcel today: 2500grs. (nope, it’s no typo, a huge 2.5 kgs!!) MARCO POLO from Mariage Freres.
I won it at an auction. (for a mere 20 euros) for the lot. Original sealed bag from Paris (exp. date 2019)

thought it would be a hoax, and that I’d receive a bag of wood chips or a dog’s favourite toy, but no – genuine marco polo – and the 2.5 kgs. bag is HUGE.

For sale were Marco Polo and Noel, both bags are gone now I am afraid. Can’t believe my luck. I have never ever in my life won anything or got lucky in some way … :) this one repays for most of my previous losses lol
For my birthday, I treated myself to my first yixing pot and it just showed up last night! It’s a beauty and it even came with two yixing cups, a strainer, cleaning brush, and cup picker-upper. Kaylee sent me small package. The envelope was covered in stickers, some stickers for me were included and so was a tea sock! :O
Today I got an order in the mail from Berylleb King Tea consisting of a small teapot, two puerh samples and a bag of ten different tangerine puerhs. I also went to the Coffee and Tea Expo NYC and bought lots of tea. On the way to my car I stopped at Puerh Brooklyn.

Today was a big mail day! Got packages from Steepster, Teabox, and Yunnan Sourcing. Also got a sample from Republic of Tea if that counts :P
Today I had two separate Yunnan Sourcing orders arrive together. I also had a small order from Berylleb King Tea arrive.
