Got my first red leaf tea order today – hoping I like almond matcha because I ordered 60g XD hahaha
If not, toss it in a smoothie! I tried a number of matcha from Red Leaf but established that I don’t like matcha that much and I found all their flavourings added an unpleasant chemical taste. A couple were given away, a couple were used up by hubby, and the last remaining soldier gets added to smoothies bit by bit. I couldn’t bear to toss it at the price it is.

YAY! my very small streetshop88 order arrived today! Super fast! Just wish i didn’t have so many new teas to try in my queue! haha So many puerhs…so little time.
My samples from Twinings came in today. I had actually forgotten about these so it was a nice surprise to find them waiting on me when I got home today.
My gaiwan came early! Wasn’t supposed to get it until March. It’s really small – I think it will be great to practice on. And it was cheap, so when I break it – which I was assured will absolutely happen by seasoned experts on matters like these – it won’t be such a big deal. Cannot wait to try it!

Got my order of Do Matcha. Heard a lot of good things about it. Curious to see how it compares to the Yuuki-Cha and Teavana matcha I’m used to having.
Got my Zen Tea order today! That was quick… I got two sweet porcelain tea caddies. This one is really small!
They changed their base currency back to CAD since they are a Canadian company with the ability to select currencies.
