Super excited. Finally got my BF Harney order in. Really excited for these two things:

I just wanted to say kudos to Harney’s staff because I was really worried about shipping as well as the cold here up North and that they would break, but the packaging was superb.
Both pieces are really nice – but WOW that chawan is amazing. Enjoy your new pieces Lala. :))

Thanks everyone. Dinosara – I totally came across the tumbler by accident. I had never seen it on Harney’s site before, even when searching for teaware, etc. But they were advertising it as part of “a gift package for him”. So then I found it and it is not just for hims, it can be for hers too. Ha ha. Just search flowtea on Harney. The company is German (I think) and sells other designs, they are all beautiful, but Harney only has the one design.

I hope to try the 1990s HK this weekend. My biggest problem with tea at home right now is that I had to move my kettle back into the kitchen. I had it out to do gongfu in our main room, but the power source I was using was the extension cord that only exists for our christmas tree lights. Since I had to give it back over to the lights, and I can’t reach from it to the table where I put my kettle, it’s back in the kitchen. Sigh. It’s much more of a pain when I have to keep getting up for a couple of ounces, or to reheat my water.
i got 1 package, and half an hour later discovered another one. 1st was upstairs, 2nd downstairs. Seriously, mailman cant you read ,its the same name. Oh well. Happiest day, both packages were from my lovely tea fiends forever ;) Stephanie and Cameron.

I got a very sweet package from a lovely tea friend (or is that fiend?) this afternoon :) Enjoying part of it as I type this.
I got my Black Friday order from Verdant. I’m looking at it going “what was I thinking??” – ordered 1oz each of 9 teas! Note to self: none of them seem very expensive individually, but they add up! Had to try the Laoshan Black first and it was amazing, so I’m excited to try the rest. But it’s after 6pm now and I had trouble sleeping last night, so I should probably stop with the caffeine. Sigh. #teaproblems
Today I got my package from the EBay seller Streetshop88, the 357g bing was recommended here by a couple of people and the 100g bings are a shot in the dark but I trust the seller. He has yet to sell me anything terrible and has supplied me with some good puerh.
