I assume it came in the Mail on Friday or Saturday when I was gone, but I got an excellent package from ChaiVeck this weekend :D

I got part of my Finest Brew just an hour ago. Everything came in it’s own paper tin. Very nice! I was impressed!

50g of the rolled black tea, and 50g of Monsoon Blend oolong, a ginger,peach, watermelon,rose petal and spice blend.

I got my order from Yunomi! I got Creha’s red grape-flavored black tea and Ocharaka’s Japanese pumpkin-flavored houjicha, and they sent a sample of Obubu’s Sencha of the Spring Sun. :)

After half a week in Oxford and then a weekend in London visiting my boyfriend, I arrived home to a LOT of post! My massive Butiki order arrived (including the absolutely wonderful Yixing Gaiwan – it’s so beautiful!), as did my order of the sample pack from Teatoxy, some more of the Suki Christmas tea (for Mum) and my first delivery from the London Tea Club.

I’m seriously impressed by the London Tea Club’s presentation – my December pack came with a lovely handwritten card, the three teas chosen based on my tea preferences, delightfully detailed little cards with tea info/brewing methods, what looks like a biscuit (though it’s late so I didn’t want to unwrap it yet) and a lovely little bag to keep it all in.

Yee-ha! The first of my BF/CM orders showed up – Verdant came in first. I got their 5 for $5 sample pack, which includes Wuyi Mountain Big Red Robe, Hand Picked Spring TieGuanYin, Autumn Harvest Laoshan Ggreen, Yunnan White Jasmine, and Laoshan Black. For my regular order, I got Wuyi Mountain Big Red Robe, Hand Picked Spring TieGuanYin, Golden Fleece, and Campfire Blend (and they threw in a sample of Laoshan Black). I plunged right in to sample the Big Red Robe, but I’ll write a separate tasting note about that. Spoiler alert: it’s delish.

I received Nicole’s holiday card with Yummy Glitter and Gold from David’s, as well as, Lemon Honey and Chamomile from Boston Tea Company. :D Thanks!
