My very first Steepster Select box! I was surprised that it got here so fast, then I realize it came from NYC, lol. Lucky me!

I got my raw puerh sampler from Mandala! So fast!!

I also received my raw puerh sample today from Mandala along with Special Dark and Black Beauty.

So excited because today I finally got my variable temperature kettle and the Stump teapot! A complete newbie in the tea scene so I’ve just been trying to boil water and using a food thermometer to measure the temperature and then using cooking strainer to strain the tea leaves. Haha not the most efficient way of making tea.

Friday I received a super awesome package from Kat_Maria. She went overboard and sent me several large samples of yummy teas! You are the best! :D

I also received my Steepster Select (ooooh so happy with the Silk Road selections!), and my 2 RoT orders.

I got my first Steepster Select box! It came with a muslin storage bag, 10 tea filters and five different teas: Garden of Eden (herbal) from Silk Road, Iron Goddess Dark Roast (Oolong) from Steepster, Black Cloud (Black) from Silk Road Teas, Organic Buddhist Tea (Green) from Silk Road, Australian Shincha (Green) from Ito En. The samples are 8 gm each and supply brewing instructions along with how many resteeps you can reasonably expect to get. Origin of the tea is also noted on the package.

I can’t wait to start trying them all and making my notes!!
