Yay!!!! I got my Zen Tea order today!!! Was pretty quick. Teapot, two mugs and a bunch of teas. Happy Camper!!!
Nice! What teapot did you order? I’m curious because I got Yixing fr ZenTea and seasoned today.
LOL I have 4 yixing pots (three of which I haven’t seasoned yet…) I didn’t need another one. What I needed was a small glass one. I bought this one:

I love those tiny glass pots. I have them in 100, 150 and 200 ml. Use them daily.( I think I have 5 in total) my Yixing looks awesome. I’m no expert but I love it. It does look handmade. Came in a nice box with papers. Pouring fast, nice sound and tight lid. I like simple pots without ornaments, and that etching looks delicate and tasteful. I’m very pleased

I like simple pots also. This one will be my next yixing purchase, I don’t think his quality/price ratio can be beaten. It’s so pretty. Mine also has a nice sound and a very tight lid, signs of quality I was told.

whoa! I got the GABA, Red Jade, and Longfengxia as well. I also picked up the 1993 aged oolong (not good) and 1982 black (low expectations, havent tried.)
I was a huge fan of the GABA and Longfengxia and thought the Red Jade was nice but not great. I forgot to try the Gui Fei, tell me how it is!
i’ve been missing for ages, partly ‘cause my schedule and free time’s been thrown out of whack due to my husband being between jobs right now and home a lot, and partly because it’s hot summertime and i’m just being boring with my cold tea drinking habits still, and partly because i’ve hit my personal stride WRT favorite teas and tea resources and am more out of the exploratory, reviewing-new-things mode. so imagine my shock when this arrived today from boychik :

I thought that green thing was one of those soft half circle shaped plastic toys that you suction to a table and after a random time they pop up into the air. Lol!

After pre-ordering almost 2 months ago, I finally got my 2014 Shincha from Yuuki-Cha. This is my first new green tea and after brewing it I can say is it was totally worth the wait. The tea was fresh, full-bodied with a wonderful buttery flavor and a delicate sweetness.

I ordered Pu-erh Vanilla Mint, Fruit-Aloe Vera Berry, Black tea-Strawberry Cream, Black-Phoenix Pearl Black, Black-Earl Grey Cream.
Excited to try them out. I’m pretty new to tea, and really only have enjoyed the fruit infusions I’ve had from David’s Tea, so I hope I like these actually teas.
When did you place your order? I’m just curious about how long my own order is going to take. Mainly because I can’t get my tracking number to work. Lol.
soooo this one time, I was almost at 100 teas… and then i planned a couple swaps, made a few orders and uh with a drive by tea drop off courtesy of VariaTEA her teas + Cavocorax’s teas (plus the few from yyz earlier in the week….) i’m now at 190….with a package in mail jail to pick up tomorrow…and at least 3 other swaps in bound….sooo of course now i have a REAL challenge…100 teas in a month (give or taka e few). GO GO OPERATION JUNE!
Lol! I don’t think I’ve ever seen your cupboard under 100. You get too many swaps an surprise packages. XD
I counted 19 different blends in the swap from me; but I know VariaTEA and I doubled up on at least two blends, so that should help :P
