I got my Temple Road Tea sample! I’ll have to put off reviewing it because of the traveling caffeine-free box, though.

My Steepster Select box showed up. I also received January.

Today resulted in a veritable cupboard explosion, as I received both a swap package from darby AND a variety of free samples from Angel/Teavivre. My haul:

o_O despite sending me a fantastic surprise box very recently, boychik sent me ANOTHER totally out of the blue care package with these hyper fresh pu erhs and shou mei and tea from hawaii i’ve never even heard of from yunnan sourcing, angelina’s…and nut chocolate bon bons! with russian packaging!

i had a tumultuous Sunday, one of those embarrassing afternoon-long crying jags, and i’ve been trying to compose myself and move on from it today. then i open my door and that package is there and…i just feel like “thank you” is the most insufficient a phrase imaginable. g’ah. it feels like whenever i feel absoluely awful suddenly something from someone wonderful here arrives. emotions.

WOOT WOOT! damn fine teas are here to hang! woot woot!

The generosity of Steepster friends never ceases to amaze me. I got an amazing box today from TheTeaFairy – it was just full of other little surprises. Thank you so much, can not even begin to express my gratitude.

I got a super generous swap package from Kat_Maria today! And I totally didn’t think it was there because I checked the mail at 4 and there was nothing and when I checked it again at 10 it WAS. And it shouldn’t have been, but it WAS.

My very first order from Butiki came in! Stacy said she’d send me a free replacement lid for the (non-Butiki) gaiwan I broke if the lid was the same size. In response, I also ordered a gaiwan from her and she tossed in the lid, as well as a few samples. So lovely!
